How to Do the Arnold Press
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, or sit upright on a bench.
- Hold the dumbbells at chest level with your palms facing your body, elbows close to your torso.
- As you press the dumbbells overhead, rotate your wrists so that your palms face forward at the top of the movement.
- Fully extend your arms above your head with palms facing forward.
- Lower the dumbbells with control, rotating your wrists back to the starting position with palms facing your face.
