How to Do a Deadlift Hammer Curl?
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand with a neutral grip (palms facing your body).
- Slightly bend your knees and hinge at the hips, keeping your back straight. Let the arms hang naturally in front of you.
- Push your hips forward and extend your knees to return to standing position.
- Keep your chest up and back straight as the dumbbells travel up along your thighs.
- At the top of the movement, perform a hammer curl by keeping elbows close to your sides and curling the dumbbells upward.
- Lower the dumbbells in a controlled motion and repeat the movement.
