How to Do a 2 Dumbbells Swing?

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and slightly bend your knees.

Hold a dumbbell in each hand, keeping your arms down in front of your body.

Bend your knees and push your hips back, allowing the dumbbells to pass alongside your legs. Keep your back straight and lean your torso forward.

Thrust your hips forward to swing the dumbbells upward. Extend your arms, but do not lift the weights with your arms; use the power from your hips to drive the movement.

The dumbbells can swing up to shoulder height.

Control the weights as you lower them back down and return to the starting position.
