How to Do a One Arm Triceps Kickback?
- Hold a dumbbell in one hand and use the other hand to support yourself on a bench or similar surface. Keep your feet shoulder-width apart and maintain a straight back.
- Bend the arm holding the dumbbell at the elbow, lifting it so that your upper arm is parallel to your body. Keep your elbow close to your torso.
- Push the dumbbell back, straightening your arm. Focus on squeezing your triceps as you extend.
- Slowly return the dumbbell to the starting position. Make sure to perform the movement in a controlled manner.
- Complete the desired number of repetitions, then repeat with the other arm.
