How to do Burpee (Squat Thrust)?

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, and your toes pointing straight ahead or slightly outward.

Push your hips back as if you're going to sit on a chair, and lower yourself into a squat. Go as deep as you can, and place your hands on the floor shoulder-width apart.

Quickly jump your feet back so that you’re in a push-up position. Your body should form a straight line from your head to your heels. Engage your core to ensure your hips don’t sag or stick up.

While in the push-up position, make sure your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your ankles.

Jump your feet back towards your hands to return to the squat position. Ensure your feet are flat on the floor as you land.

Explode upward into a jump, raising your arms overhead.

Land softly and immediately go into the next repetition.
