Watch this video to learn proper form and technique for Cable Biceps Curl. Ideal for arm strength and muscle definition.
How to Do Cable Biceps Curl?
Set the cable machine to its lowest height setting. Attach the straight bar and select a weight appropriate for your fitness level.
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and face the machine with an upright posture. Grip the bar with an underhand grip (palms facing up).
Keep your core tight and chest up. Slowly curl the bar toward your shoulders by bending only at the elbows. Keep your elbows close to your torso and avoid swinging or using momentum.
Pause briefly at the top to contract your biceps, then lower the bar back down under control to the starting position.
What Muscles Does the Cable Biceps Curl Work?
- ✅ Biceps Brachii (primary muscle)
