How to do Cable Biceps Curl?

Set the cable machine to its lowest height setting.

Attach the straight bar and adjust the weight according to your preference.

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and face the machine with an upright posture.

Grip the bar with an underhand grip, palms facing up.

Puff out your chest and tighten your abdominal muscles. Curl the bar towards your shoulder by bending your elbows. Keep your elbows close to your body, and ensure they do not move forward or backward.

Pause briefly at the top, then return to the starting position.
