How to Do Resistance Band Hammer Curls?

Grab a resistance band and stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Loop the band under your feet, and hold it in each hand, palms facing each other. Without moving your upper arms, bend your elbows and curl the band toward your shoulders. Keep your palms facing each other the entire time. Pause at the top, squeeze, then slowly lower back to the start.
