How to do Single Leg Deadlift?

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your knees slightly bent. As you extend one leg backward, push your hips back and lean forward as if you’re trying to touch the toes of your standing leg. Keep your back straight and parallel to the floor.

Hold a weight in the hand opposite to the leg that is forward. If your left foot is forward, hold the weight in your right hand.
