How to do Slow Burpee (Beginner)?

  • Start in a standing, upright position. Open your feet shoulder-width apart.
  • Keep your hands relaxed at your sides.
  • Bend your knees and lean forward to place your hands on the ground shoulder-width apart.
  • Keep your back straight.
  • Step your right foot back.
  • Then step your left foot back to get into a plank position.
  • Hands should be under your shoulders, and your body should form a straight line.
  • Engage your core and avoid letting your lower back sag.
  • Step your right foot forward, bringing it closer to your hands.
  • Then step your left foot forward to come into a squat position.
  • Use your knees to push yourself back up and return to the starting position.
