How to do Superman?

  • Lie face down on the floor (on a mat). Extend your arms straight forward and your legs straight back. Keep your head facing down, maintaining a neutral position in your neck.
  • Simultaneously lift your arms, head, chest, and legs slowly off the ground. Your core should remain in the center of the movement, with your abdomen touching the floor.
  • When you reach the top position, feel your back muscles and glutes tighten. Hold this position for 1-2 seconds to engage your muscles.
  • Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.

  • Lower Back (Erector Spinae)
  • Glutes
