How to do the Chest Press Machine?
Adjust the machine so that the handles are at chest level. Sit upright with your torso fully supported.
Grip the handles and push forward. Extend your arms to the farthest point without locking your elbows, keeping them slightly bent. As you push the handles, your elbows should form a 45-degree angle with your body.
After pushing to the fully extended position with your arms slightly bent, slowly return to the starting position.
Keep your shoulders down throughout the movement.
