How to Use the Chest Press Machine?
Adjust the machine so that the handles are aligned with your chest. Sit down with your back firmly against the pad and feet flat on the ground.
Grip the handles with your elbows bent at roughly a 45-degree angle. Push forward until your arms are almost fully extended—avoid locking your elbows.
Maintain control as you slowly return to the starting position. Keep your chest lifted, shoulders down, and core engaged throughout the exercise.
