1. DIGITAL COACHING SERVICES

Online coaching packages provided by Fitinsane are classified as "Digital content provided via immediate performance."

• Right of Withdrawal: Pursuant to international e-commerce laws, the right of withdrawal expires immediately once the performance of the service has begun with the Buyer's express consent (e.g., when access to the Fitinsane App is granted or a personalized protocol is generated).
• Refunds: Once the coaching process has commenced, the service is deemed rendered, and no refunds will be issued.

2. PHYSICAL GOODS & APPAREL

For textile products such as leggings and fitness apparel, the Buyer has a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Inspection: Returns that show signs of wear, odors, or damage will be rejected and sent back to the Buyer at their expense.

4. RETURN PROCESS & REIMBURSEMENT

• Notification: To initiate a return, you must contact info@fitinsane.com within the 14-day statutory period.
• Shipping Costs: Unless the product is defective, the costs associated with the return shipment are the responsibility of the Buyer.
• Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be automatically applied to the original payment method used during checkout.
