THE BUYER (CONSUMER):

The individual ("The Buyer") who identifies themselves through the name, contact, and billing information provided during the checkout process on the Fitinsane platform.

2. SUBJECT MATTER

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of online coaching services and/or activewear products ordered by the Buyer via the Fitinsane platform, in accordance with International Consumer Protection Laws and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Order Details: As specified in the digital Order Confirmation and Invoice.

Total Price: The final amount stated at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Payment Method: As selected and authorized by the Buyer during the transaction process.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & EXCEPTIONS

  • Digital Coaching: Since coaching services involve the "immediate performance of intangible digital content," the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once access to the Fitinsane platform has been granted or personalized protocols have been generated.
  • Hygienic Sealed Goods: For health and hygiene reasons, returns are strictly prohibited for athletic socks and similar items if the original seal or packaging has been tampered with or opened after delivery.
  • Activewear: Standard return policies apply to unworn and unwashed apparel within 14 days of delivery.

4. PROFESSIONAL HEALTH DISCLAIMER

Training and nutrition programs provided by Fitinsane are for informational purposes and do not constitute medical advice. The Buyer acknowledges that they have consulted a physician and perform all physical activities at their own risk. Fitinsane shall not be held liable for injuries resulting from the application of the provided programs.

5. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Consumer Courts or Arbitration Committees located at the Seller's or Buyer's place of residence, within the statutory limits set by global consumer protection laws.
