- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent.
- Bend forward at the waist so that your upper body is almost parallel to the ground. Keep your back straight.
- With your right hand, pull the dumbbell close to your body, driving your elbow back until it reaches shoulder level.
- Your left arm should remain straight down.
