How to Do a Arnold Press?
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, or sit upright on a bench.
- Hold the dumbbells in your hands at chest level, with your palms facing you. Your elbows should be close to your body, and your arms bent.
- As you push the dumbbells upwards, rotate your palms outward. As the dumbbells move upwards, your arms will straighten, and your palms will face forward.
- When you fully extend the dumbbells above your head, your palms should be completely facing forward.
- Lower the dumbbells in a controlled manner while rotating your palms back inward, returning to the starting position. As you lower the dumbbells, your palms should face your face again.
