How to do a Cable Lateral Raises? What muscles does work?

How to Perform Cable Lateral Raises

Choose a weight that you can lift with one shoulder.

Stand next to the machine and maintain an upright posture. Your feet can be together, using the machine for support, or you can stand with your feet shoulder-width apart next to the machine.

After gripping the handle, keep your hand in front of your body. With a slight bend in your elbow, lift your arm out to the side until it is level with your shoulder.

As you lift your arm, do not bend your wrist or rotate your arm. Focus on your middle deltoid, the muscle you want to target. Pause briefly at the top, then return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
