How to Do a Curtsy Lunge?
You can use a barbell across your trapezius or hold dumbbells/kettlebells in your hands.
Step one foot slightly diagonally behind the other foot. The heel of the back foot should not touch the ground.
Lower your back knee until it is about 1-2 cm from the ground.
Keep your hips square and facing forward.
