How to Do a Face Pull:

Adjust the cable so that it is slightly above your head.

Hold the handle with your thumbs facing you. To maintain better balance, you can place one foot slightly in front of the other, and keep your core engaged.

With your elbows slightly bent and at shoulder height, pull the handle towards your face by squeezing your shoulder blades together. Your hands should be at ear level.

Maintain your posture throughout the movement. Do not round your back, and keep your shoulder blades stable as you release the handle forward.
