How to Do a Russian Twist
Sit on the floor with a slight lean backward in a V-shape. If your core is strong, you can lift your feet a few centimeters off the ground. Bring your hands together in front of your body.
While keeping your core tight and your back straight, rotate your upper body fully to the right and then to the left.
To make the exercise more challenging, you can hold a weight in your hands.
