How to Do a Triceps Kickback
Push your hips back and lean your torso forward.
Your body should be in a straight line from your head to your hips. Keep your back in a neutral position.
Hold the dumbbells in your hands. Lift your arm from the elbow up until your arm is parallel to the floor, and your arm should be in line with your body.
Perform the movement by only bending your elbow, pushing the dumbbells back. Keep your arm straight and hold the weight for a moment while contracting the triceps.
Return to the starting position by bending your elbow. Remember, only your elbow should move during the exercise.
Those who have trouble maintaining balance can use one dumbbell and support themselves with one hand on a bench or a chair.
