How to do Glute Bridge Chest Press?
Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet hip-width apart. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, choosing a weight suitable for you. Lift your hips up and squeeze them tightly. Keep your back and hips in a straight line.
While keeping your hips elevated and squeezed, press the weights upward to chest level. During the movement, your elbows should make a 45-degree angle with your body, and avoid locking your elbows at the top.
