How to do Heel Elevated Squats?

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and elevate your heels by placing them on a sloped board, plate, or small dumbbells.

Choose a weight for your dumbbells or kettlebell that suits you and hold it at chest level in front of you.

Keep your core tight and squat down by pushing your hips back and bending your knees. Squat down as low as your flexibility allows. Then, push through your heels to return to the starting position.
