How to Do Jumping Jacks?

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your toes pointing straight ahead or slightly outward. Engage your core to keep it tight.

Jump your feet out to the sides while simultaneously raising your arms above your head.

Land softly with your toes touching the ground gently and without making much noise.

As soon as you land, jump back to the starting position and repeat the movement.

Keep your core tight throughout the exercise and avoid landing too hard on the ground.
