How to do Leg Press?
Sit on the machine with your feet shoulder-width apart and straight ahead on the platform. Your abdominal muscles should be engaged. Hold onto the handles at the sides to stabilize your hips and torso.
Slowly lower the platform towards your body, ensuring that your hips and torso remain stable. When your knees come close to your chest, slowly push the platform back and return to the starting position.
Maintain proper posture throughout the movement. Avoid locking your knees, rounding your back, letting your hips rise off the pad, or allowing your knees to cave inward.
