How to do Lying Leg Curl?
Lie face down on the machine with your legs spread shoulder-width apart and your core engaged. Place the pad on your lower calves/Achilles tendon. Make sure your head and back are aligned.
Pull your toes towards yourself and lift your heels as close to your glutes as possible. Avoid arching your lower back during the movement.
Lower the weight back to the starting position in a controlled manner, maintaining proper form.
