How to Do Mountain Climbers
You should start on your hands and knees. Your hands should be shoulder-width apart.
Place your feet back on the toes to get into a plank position. Your body should be straight from heels to head. Your hips should not be raised or lowered.
Keep your core tight and engaged.
Using your abdominal muscles, bring one knee toward your chest and then step it back to the plank position. Repeat the same movement with the other knee.
