How to Do Plank Shoulder Tap?
- Lay face down on the ground and place your hands shoulder-width apart, directly under your shoulders.
- Position your feet shoulder-width apart and move into a plank position. Your body should form a straight line from your head to your heels.
- Engage your core muscles and keep your hips stable as you touch your left shoulder with your right hand.
- Place your hand back on the ground and repeat the movement by touching your right shoulder with your left hand.
- Avoid moving your hips up or down during the exercise.
- To maintain balance, you can widen the distance between your feet.
- Perform the movement slowly and with control.
