How to do Push Up?
- Begin in a plank with your hands placed slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, fingers facing forward. Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels, engaging your core.
- Bend your elbows to slowly lower your chest towards the ground. Keep your elbows at about a 45-degree angle from your body.
- Press through your palms to extend your arms and return to the starting position. Keep your core tight and avoid letting your hips sag.
- Perform for the desired number of repetitions.
