How to Do Resistance Bands Squat Upright Row ?

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and place the resistance band under your feet. Grab the handles of the resistance band with both hands, keeping your palms facing your body. Keep your chest up, shoulders back, and core tight as you move into the starting position.  Bend your knees and push your hips back into a squat position. Make sure to keep your back straight and ensure that your knees don’t go past your toes. Maintain control of the resistance band throughout the movement.  As you rise from the squat, simultaneously pull the band upward. Lead with your elbows, raising your hands toward the center of your chest.  Keep your elbows high and pause when your hands are close to your chin. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and feel the contraction.  Slowly release the tension and return to the squat position in a controlled manner.
