How to do Shoulder Press Machine?
Adjust the seat height so that the handles are at mouth level.
When you grip the handles, position your elbows slightly in front of your body. Inhale and press upward towards the top of your head. Avoid locking your elbows at the top and do not lean your head forward.
Lower the handles to ear level and repeat the movement.
