How to Do Skater?

  • Stand with your feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, and your torso leaning slightly forward.
  • Extend your arms slightly to the sides to help maintain balance.
  • Jump to your right with your right foot while crossing your left leg diagonally behind you. Make sure to land firmly on your right foot.
  • As your right foot lands, lower your left hand toward the ground for balance.
  • Then jump to your left with your left foot, crossing your right leg diagonally behind you.
  • Use your arms naturally to help keep your balance throughout the movement.
  • Perform the exercise in a controlled and smooth manner.
  • Focus on landing firmly and maintaining control of your leg movements.
