How to do Sumo Squat Hammer Curl?

Stand with your feet wider than hip-width apart. Angle your toes slightly outward.

Hold dumbbells with your palms facing each other and keep your elbows straight, with the dumbbells positioned between your legs.

Lower yourself into a squat position by pushing your hips back as if sitting in a chair. Keep your spine neutral and engage your core throughout the movement. Squat down until your thighs are parallel to the floor. If you can't maintain proper form, squat to a shallower depth.

While in the squat position, curl the dumbbells towards your shoulders by bending your elbows. Slowly return to the starting position with the dumbbells.

Push through your heels to return to the standing position.
