How to do the Goblet Squat:

Your feet should be shoulder-width apart. Your toes can point forward or slightly outward. Keep your core engaged and tight.

Hold a kettlebell or dumbbell at chest height, with your elbows positioned close to your body.

Sit back as if you are going to sit in a chair, squatting down to the maximum depth while maintaining proper form. Distribute your weight evenly across the entire surface of your feet.

As you squat, avoid rounding your back and shoulders, and make sure your knees do not move inward or outward.
