How to do the Zottman Curl?
Hold the dumbbells with your palms facing up. Curl the dumbbells towards your shoulders by bending your elbows.
Once your biceps are fully contracted, rotate your palms to face downward and lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
When you return to the starting position, one repetition is complete.
During the movement, do not allow your elbows to drift in front of or behind your body.
