How to Do Triceps Dips Home?
- Use a sturdy and stable chair, bench, or low table.
- Place your hands shoulder-width apart on the edge of the surface, with your palms facing forward.
- Move your hips in front of the surface, straighten your arms, and extend your legs forward. (You can keep your knees bent or legs straight.)
- Bend your elbows, lowering your hips toward the ground. (Your elbows should reach about a 90-degree angle.)
- Push yourself back up to the starting position using your arms.
- Perform the movement in a controlled manner, avoiding excessive outward movement of the elbows.
